Pawan Kalyan

Konidela Pawan Kalyan, originally named Konidela Kalyan Babu and born on either September 2, 1968, or 1971, is a multifaceted Indian personality renowned as an actor, politician, filmmaker, martial artist, and philanthropist, primarily active in Telugu cinema. Revered for his distinctive acting style and mannerisms, he commands a vast fan base and enjoys a cult following. As one of the highest-paid actors in Indian cinema, Kalyan has consistently secured a place in Forbes India’s prestigious Celebrity 100 list since 2013, while also garnering recognition with accolades including a Filmfare Award, a SIIMA Award, a CineMAA Award, and a Santosham Film Award. He is also the founder of the Jana Sena Party, a significant political entity in Andhra Pradesh. Kalyan commenced his acting journey with the 1996 film “Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi,” but it was his roles in the dramas “Gokulamlo Seeta” (1997) and “Suswagatham” (1998) that propelled him to prominence.
