Mimi Chakraborty, born on February 11, 1989, is a multifaceted Indian personality renowned as an actress, singer, and politician, primarily recognized for her contributions to Bengali cinema and television. Originating from Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, she spent her formative years in Arunachal Pradesh’s Deomali town before relocating to her ancestral home in Jalpaiguri City. Educated at Holy Child School in Jalpaiguri and later at St. James’ School in Binnaguri, she attained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Asutosh College, Kolkata, in 2011. Chakraborty commenced her career as a model and subsequently ventured into acting, marking her debut in the film industry with “Bapi Bari Jaa,” where she portrayed the character Dola.
